The Primary Strategic Goals of District 3790:

  1. Devote the highest priority to the recruitment of new members and retention of existing Rotarians and the establishment of new Clubs, emphasizing as appropriate, the core values of service, integrity, fellowship, diversity and leadership.
  2. Provide motivation and resources to the clubs as they work towards the accomplishment of RI/District goals.
  3. Assist the Clubs in accomplishing their goals by obtaining and making use of the resources available through the District and Rotary International.
  4. Improve communication between and among Clubs, District and District leadership.
  5. Encourage participation of Rotarians in service projects, fellowship meetings, district affairs and activities.
  6. Improve the effectiveness of District Leadership by encouraging a larger number of attendance at training and increased emphases on the role of the Assistant Governors.
  7. Encourage and motivate clubs to support the Rotary Foundation.
  8. Institute and support the implementation of strategic planning at the club level.
  9. Each club to hold a major Public Relations campaign to create Rotary awareness.
  10. Establish a committee to study and report on the feasibility of establishing a permanent District office for continuity of records.
  11. Prepare District 3790 policy manual.
